Asana is a science and art; finding where the pose is actively and passively working the body, the benefits, precautions, and where Bhava(Vibes) come from; the pose calming or uplifting. It’s a beautiful combination of modern and yogic science. 


A stressfull life-style has a profound effect on our breathing. In Pranayama the attention is on the breath. Pranayama literally means expansion of Prana(Vital force). Various techniques of Pranayama rectify the faulty patterns of breathing. It removes the blockages from the subtle energy channels and promotes relaxation.


Mudra is specific hand gestures. Our body is made of five elements and the Imbalance of different elements causes us disease or sickness. We will practice different mudras as they are the key to good health. 

Advance Pranayama with Bandhas

Energy Locks: This is an advanced form of Pranayama which is done with the energy locks to vitalize the system of body and mind. Pranayama with Bandha becomes a very intense practice. It activates and regulates the 'life force' or Prana and helps attain a higher state of vibratory energy. 


These are traditional practices for mobilising toxins present in the body and through cleansing procedures to increase energy, digestion, and strengthen immunity. Ayurvedic or Yogic cleansing practices at SBY as a part of teacher training programmes and be undertaken with an Ayurvedic physician or Yogic Consultant. 


Sound has deep effects on the human psyche. By repeating different energy bond words we can lift our consciousness. We will chant different sacred mantras during our program. 


Meditation includes a guided meditation and reflaxation techniques, which are grounded in ancient Indian traditions and yet practical for modern needs. It enables you to relax and rejuvenate the entire body-mind system,and establish harmony at the physical, mental and spiritual levels .
